We collect the information you provide when submitting a business listing, such as business details, contact details and images. We also use essential technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to review, manage and, where approved, publish business listings. Public listing information may be visible to visitors so they can discover and contact the business directly.
Public listing information
Approved provider and property information is intended to be public. This can include a business or organisation name, service category, public phone or WhatsApp contact, address or service area, description, images and map link.
Do not submit another person's sensitive personal information unless you are authorised to provide it and it is necessary for the listing.
Site measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and non-identifying interactions such as searches, profile views and contact-button clicks. We do not send phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, names, email addresses or feedback text to Analytics.
You can choose Essential only in the cookie notice. This prevents analytics events from being sent from your browser.
Your choices
Use the feedback form to request a correction to published information or to report a privacy concern. Until a dedicated privacy contact is added, please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a listing.
